A deeper and more clayey terroir which is significantly exposed to heat in the summer, the Butteaux yields concentrated wines which are structured and very floral, with elegance and strength making them wines which are very representative of their appellation.
Tasting
A toasted wine, grain of salt notes. On the palate, notes of toasted hazelnut, iodized. A beautiful finesse.
Service
Serve between 12°C and 14°C.
