Located around the village of Chichée, these vines are protected from climatic hazards thanks to their position. The terroir is made of complex Kimmeridgian soil which confers a powerful minerality yet is delicate on the palate.
The nose is generous with a beautiful aromatic richness. Fruity, floral and honey aromas make this 1er Cru a powerful and elegant wine.
Serve between 12°C and 14°C
Fish, seafood and shellfish, grilled or in a cream sauce. Poultry and white meat, grilled or in a cream sauce.
